ICYMI, last week the Washington Post published a story about the rapidly growing use of electric scooters in major cities. The article notes that riders, when injured while riding a scooter, are informed that they cannot go to an open, neutral court for justice. Instead, they are pushed into binding, secretive arbitration procedures.
