MBNA Talks to Dead People
Columnist Don McNay has an article up at the Huffington Post about how a debt collector working for MBNA (a subsidiary of Bank of America) allegedly talked to his mother, two and a half months after she died. He was informed by one firm that MBNA had obtained an arbitration award against her, and later by a second firm that MBNA might obtain an arbitration award.
