Amicus Briefs in Support of Consumers, Employees Filed
A variety of groups and individuals have filed amicus briefs in support of consumers and employees in AT&T v. Concepcion, a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. The briefs can be accessed here. The Supreme Court will decide whether corporations can ban class actions in the fine print of the arbitration clauses in their contracts with consumers and employees.
